Saad Mughal was called out in our internal Wins meeting as the king of demos but this video really impresses. 👏 Obviously, following all the capabilities MCPs are brining to enterprise software is a key part of the role, but what struck me today was that this not only helps users easily access the information they need, but is also opens an entirely new solution space for inclusion and accessibility. I have struggled to see how we can (realistically) take a complex and diagram driven domain like EA and make it truly accessible for all. I think Ai is opening up entirely new opportunities for responsible product development. As product leaders we often get stuck in all the flashy cool things, but good to take a moment and think of all the other benefits we can leverage from Ai.

#AIgovernance is widely discussed, yet often disconnected from the architectural foundations that enable effective #AI systems. To address this strategic blind spot with clarity and technical rigor, Salesforce delivers a structured set of principles and models, a critical enabler of #BusinessAgility at Scale. Aligned with #SAFe and #IT4IT, and powered by Outcome-Architecture Alignment, this approach ensures #governance, #architecture, and #valuestreams remain tightly linked to measurable #businessoutcomes, accelerating #innovation, reducing #risk, and enabling resilient #scalablegrowth. Roberto Severo. FYI (Ok... I am still working on adopting Archimate 😅 and, my 2 cents, we must add this subject to #DigitalPortfolio discussions - https://lnkd.in/ea3zUG3d )

EA thought of the day... If you wan to understand Enterprise Architecture, you need to model an enterprise from Level 0 down to Level 6 or in the other direction. You have to do all of the levels. Start with an Operating Model Canvas and work your way down to the flowcharts. Or start with the flowcharts and steadily work your way up to the Operating Model Canvas. #EnterpriseArchitecture
