Today I was reminded of why I started Potential by Amanda. It's not just about the physical transformations – it's about the profound impact I’m making on people's lives. Meet JY. 1 month ago, he came to me feeling lost. He had struggled for years to gain muscle. Trying to fit workouts into his busy 9-5 schedule. Hopping around different gyms. Doing random workouts. His goal was to be leaner and more muscular. As I dug deeper into the 𝐖𝐇𝐘 behind his physical goals, I realized what he really needed was a holistic approach to regain his confidence. He was burnt out, lacking self-confidence, and yearning to transform his health. We set out on a 8-week journey together, focusing on a 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 and a 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡. In just 28 days, here's what we achieved: 📊 The Visible Results: • +1kg lean muscle mass • -1kg body fat 👑 The Life-Changing Wins: • Significantly improved sleep quality • Sustained all-day energy • Confidence that radiated from within The best part? He was showing up more fully for his loved ones, energised for his workdays, and felt like he had regained control of his health. As a former busy corporate professional myself, I know that cookie-cutter programs don't cut it. 🔑 The Secret Sauce: • Empathy-Driven Coaching: I listened, truly listened, to John's needs. • Customized Strength Training: Tailored to fit his life, not disrupt it. • Nutrition That Nourishes: Food was fuel to align with his goals. • Focus on Deep Health: Ensuring all dimensions of his health are in sync Real health transformation requires a holistic approach that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. To those of you reading this who feels 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭, 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐝, 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤, know that it’s never too late to put yourself first. Whether it's: • Finding the energy to play with your kids after a long day at work • Feeling confident in your own skin • Or simply building strength to tackle life's challenges I’m here to help make your breakthrough happen 🌱 💪 If you’re ready to write your own transformation story, let’s chat. 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬?? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤?? . I absolutely say "𝐘𝐄𝐒 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧!!" 🏋♂️ 🚀 . So, keep reading to know what I feel can really help when embarking on a journey to achieve your ideal weight. I know it can often feel overwhelming, but it's entirely within your reach with the right approach and mindset. . 👉 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐘 𝐅𝐎𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐃 Achieving any significant goal begins with clarity and focus. Start by clearly defining your weight goals. What is your ideal weight? How do you envision yourself feeling and looking once you reach it? Use this clear vision as your daily motivation. Keep reminders of your goal where you can see them regularly, whether it’s on your phone, mirror, or journal. Consistent focus on your goal will keep you on track, even when challenges arise. 👉 𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘 A positive mindset is crucial on this journey. Believe in your ability to achieve your goals and be kind to yourself along the way. Celebrate every small victory, whether it’s a pound lost or a healthier meal choice. Positivity isn’t just about feeling good; it’s about building the resilience to persist through setbacks. Surround yourself with supportive people, uplifting environments, and inspirational content that reinforces your belief in your success. 👉 𝐒𝐄𝐄𝐊 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 One of the most effective ways to achieve your weight goals is by leveraging the expertise of professionals. Working with a therapist and coach can provide you with a personalized plan, accountability, and the motivation needed to stay on track. Coaches can help you navigate challenges, adjust your strategies, and celebrate your progress. Hypnotherapy can be incredibly effective in addressing the subconscious mind, which controls much of our behavior and habits. A hypnotherapist can help reprogram negative thought patterns and reinforce positive behaviors, making it easier to stick to healthy habits and maintain a positive self-image. "𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐈𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬?" - you might ask. Manifesting your ideal weight isn’t just about achieving a number on the scale; it’s about improving your overall health, boosting your self-esteem, and enhancing your quality of life. Staying focused and positive throughout this journey, and seeking professional support, ensures that you’re not just making temporary changes, but creating lasting transformations. This is why working with a professional is so important, one that has been in your place before and knows exactly how it feels. After all, how many times have you attempted to drop the weight and then after a while gained it all back plus more? 🙄 How many diets have you tried before? Perhaps dozens... if not more? Remember, every step you take towards your goal is a step towards a healthier, happier you. Your ideal weight is not just a dream—it’s a manifestation of your dedication and belief in yourself. 😘

Stepping outside our comfort zone is where true growth happens. As a mental health fitness coach, I witness this transformative dance every day. It's in the moments of vulnerability, when we challenge limiting beliefs and confront our fears, that we unlock our true potential. But let's be honest, the dance can feel awkward at times. Stepping into the unknown can be scary, and discomfort can trigger our resistance to change. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨: 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭: Acknowledge it, understand it, but don't let it paralyze you. Growth often requires pushing past our comfort zones. 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐬: Every step forward, no matter how small, is a victory. Recognize your progress and fuel your motivation. 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦: Surround yourself with people who believe in you and encourage you to grow, even when it's uncomfortable. 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲, 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Enjoy the process of learning and evolving, rather than solely fixating on the end goal. Remember, growth is not a linear path. There will be stumbles, setbacks, and moments where you might feel like taking a step back. But the key is to keep dancing, keep pushing your boundaries, and trust that the discomfort is a temporary stepping stone on your path to becoming your best self.

Many people believe extraordinary outcomes are the result of great skills, vast experiences and/or good luck. Beyond those, they are the product of the right mentality. Everything we see was created twice: first mentally, and then physically. Moreso, every remarkable achievement you’ve observed began with a superior mindset. Here are 7 superior mentalities you need if you desire to create extraordinary outcomes. 1️⃣Abundance Mentality: This mindset focuses on the belief that there are enough resources and opportunities for everyone. It neither sees limitation nor competition. 🪴Benefit: It encourages collaboration, generosity, and a positive outlook on opportunities. 2️⃣Growth Mentality: The growth mindset emphasizes the belief that abilities and intelligence can be developed through dedication and hard work. There is no ceiling to becoming better. 🪴Benefit: It promotes resilience, continuous learning and improvement. 3️⃣Victor Mentality: This mindset is about taking control of your life and circumstances, shifting your focus from obstacles to opportunities and from problems to solutions. You recognize that you have the power to determine your results in life. 🪴Benefit: It empowers you to overcome obstacles and take proactive steps towards your goals. 4️⃣Mindfulness Mentality: Mindfulness entails staying fully present and being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings, without distractions or judgment. 🪴Benefit: It improves your focus, emotional wellbeing and your ability to connect more deeply with others. 5️⃣Optimist Mentality: Optimism involves maintaining a positive outlook and expecting favorable outcomes, even in the face of challenges. 🪴Benefit: It boosts your morale, reduces stress, and enhances your overall well-being. 6️⃣Gratitude Mentality: Having this mentality emphasizes consistent recognition and appreciation of the positive aspects of life, no matter how small. 🪴Benefit: It improves your mental health, fosters positive relationships, and increases your satisfaction with life. 7️⃣Resilience Mentality: I believe this to be the core of extraordinary outcomes. It focuses on the ability to recover quickly from difficulties and adapt to change. The determination to be flexible with strategies, yet rigid with the vision. 🪴Benefit: It enhances your capacity to handle stress, bounce back from setbacks, and sustain long-term success. --------------- ✍🏽Which of these mentalities dominate your thoughts? ♻️Repost to bring value to your connections.

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀? In our fast-paced world, understanding the mind-body connection is more crucial than ever. Your mental and physical states are deeply intertwined, influencing your path to success in ways we’re just beginning to grasp. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝘂𝗴-𝗼𝗳-𝗪𝗮𝗿 Stress, anxiety, and sadness don’t just linger in your mind—they can block your path to achieving success. These emotions manifest physically, leading to fatigue and decreased productivity. Harvard Medical School studies show that chronic stress can impact your ability to focus and make decisions, essential components of success. Repressed emotions like anger can cloud your judgment and hinder progress. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 The mind-body connection is backed by science. Emotions trigger the release of chemicals and hormones. Happiness boosts endorphins, enhancing creativity and problem-solving. Stress releases cortisol, which can lead to burnout. 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘀 ⬥ Emotions settle in the body, creating "emotional hot spots": ⬥Neck and Shoulders: Stress and pressure. ⬥Lower Back: Concerns about financial stability or support. ⬥Hips: Fear or anxiety about future challenges. 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱-𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ⬥Harnessing this connection empowers you to take control of your journey to success: ⬥Mindfulness Meditation: Recognize and release emotions before they hinder your progress. ⬥Regular Exercise: Boost positive hormones, enhance focus and resilience. ⬥Healthy Eating: Nutrition is key to maintaining energy and mental clarity. ⬥Journaling: Process emotions to keep them from affecting your productivity. I recently spoke with an amazing woman—a cardiologist also working on her Executive MBA. She felt too busy to seek support, juggling so much at once. Success seemed just out of reach, and the stress was mounting. She thought about reaching out in a year, but adding more stress and anxiety could make things tougher. If you’re like this woman, the time to get help is now. When you’re overwhelmed and anxious, putting off taking care of yourself for another year isn’t the answer. Small Habits. Big Rewards. We all have habits we want to BUILD and break. Today, let's focus on the empowering ones that help transform your health, well-being, and productivity: 7 Positive Habits 🔥 Exercise – move your body 🔥 Meditate – calm your mind, nurture your spirit, visualize 🔥 Sleep – get 7-8 hours of rest 🔥 Hydrate – drink 8+ cups of water 🔥 Study – learn from the greats (read books, watch videos, take courses) 🔥 Pursue a hobby – do what you love 🔥 Eat mindfully – make healthier eating choices The key to success? Consistency. Practice these habits every day. Taking care of your mind, body, and spirit daily leads to a complete life upgrade. These seven habits will make you FEEL better. To level up, change how you spend your time—this list is a great starting point. When I decided to upgrade my life, I did this and now teach others how to upgrade themselves. How many of these habits do you practice already? Which one will you start today? Build habits to BE the greatest version of you. Commit to just 15 minutes daily, one habit at a time, and watch it become a natural part of your life. Clear intentions, positive habits and consistency create results. Think you don't have time? Look at your mornings or evenings—you have 15 minutes. If others can do it, so can you. Do it for YOURSELF. Believe YOU CAN. Gina Plytas 🦋 MINDSET & PERFORMANCE COACH www.ginaplytas.com

Stop “Should-ing” Yourself—Create Space for Growth I recently came across these insights during a YPO session, and they really resonated with me. While they’re not originally my ideas, I completely agree with the mindset shifts they promote and believe we could all benefit from practicing them. We often tell ourselves we should do something, but that language reinforces a limiting belief system. A simple shift from should to could makes a big difference—it reduces stress, increases motivation, and encourages a mindset of “I can. It’s possible.” The next step is moving into action by asking, “What can I do given the current situation?” You don’t need perfection—just progress. Maybe you can’t hit the gym today, but you could take a walk or stretch for a few minutes. Small, consistent actions create healthier habits. When it comes to diet, shifting from judgmental words like good or bad to nutrient-rich or nutrient-poor can help remove the guilt. Ask yourself, “Is this going to fuel me or drain me?” This reframing creates a more positive approach to nutrition. Lastly, emotional health is key. Negative emotions aren’t bad—they’re simply signals. Honoring how you feel, labeling the emotions, and breathing through the tension helps create balance. It’s not about suppressing emotions, but about making space to process them in a healthy way. These small mindset shifts can lead to big changes over time. I believe that by practicing these ideas, we can foster better physical and emotional well-being. I’d love to hear—how do you approach mindset and wellness in your daily life?

Is Losing Weight all in your mind? How Your Mindset Can Help You Lose Weight: The Hotel Maid Study Can simply changing how you think about your daily activities help you lose weight? A fascinating study with hotel maids suggests the answer is yes. Harvard researchers studied 84 hotel maids who spent their days cleaning rooms, pushing carts, and changing linens. Despite their physically demanding jobs, most didn't consider their work to be exercise. The researchers split them into two groups - one was informed that their daily work qualified as exercise and burned around 200 calories per room. The other group wasn't told anything about their work being exercise. The results were startling. After just four weeks, the maids who were told their work counted as exercise lost an average of 2 pounds, lowered their blood pressure by 10%, and showed improvements in their body fat percentage. All this happened without any changes to their actual work routine - the only difference was their mindset. Remember: While mindset alone won't transform your body, combining physical activity with the right mental approach could amplify your results. Your body is listening more closely to your thoughts than you realize. Transform Your Daily Routine By incorporating this mindset shift into your daily life, you might be surprised to find yourself not only progressing toward your weight loss goals but also maintaining a more organized and cleaner living space. Many of my clients have discovered that once they started viewing their household chores as beneficial exercise, they became more motivated to tackle these tasks regularly. Curious about developing a personalized mindset strategy that aligns with your lifestyle and goals? Sometimes the smallest shift in perspective can create the biggest changes in our lives. Remember, your journey to better health might already be hiding in your daily routine – you just need to see it differently. https://lnkd.in/dT25MPxh
