PLEASE read the terms and conditions before you apply! They record the “interview” and own everything about it-your likeness, etc. They are “interviewing” to gather likenesses for their AI and you sign away your rights to your own likeness. Read it carefully before interviewing!

Aligner: A Company That Retroactively Adjusts Pay Aligner lowers agreed-upon pay after work has already been completed. I accepted a project at a set rate, completed and submitted the work, and was then informed that the pay would be reduced. When I objected and requested to be paid the originally agreed amount, their response was simply: “We are able to do this.” After that, communication stopped. This is not an isolated incident. Numerous workers have shared similar experiences on Aligner’s own Discord platform, describing retroactive pay cuts after work submission. Changing compensation after labor is delivered is unethical and exploitative. Workers deserve transparency, consistency, and respect for agreed terms. Practices like this erode trust and harm freelancers who rely on clear contracts to make a living. This needs to end.

I just want to say one simple thing it is the best artificial intelligence training company in the world many people say incorrect things Mistakes happen in general, but I have been in this company for a year and two months. Not a scam, they do pay. But they treat you like worms, getting rid of you without the bare minimum courtesy as soon as the job is done. A highlighted reflection of Trumpish American big boss mentality toward the Third World.
