💧 💰 Is your community leveraging State Revolving Funds? At Motmot, we believe strong water systems start with strong funding tools, and the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) is one of the most impactful resources available. Established under the Safe Drinking Water Act, the program is a federal-state partnership with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) that provides low-cost loans to help communities upgrade and maintain critical drinking water infrastructure. What makes SRFs powerful is their revolving structure: as loans are repaid, funds are recycled back into the program to finance future projects. This creates sustainable, long-term funding for improvements to treatment plants, distribution systems, storage, and more, providing utilities the access to below-market financing. For municipalities, SRFs can be a game-changer. They reduce financial barriers, encourage proactive infrastructure investment, and help protect public health. #Water #WaterInfrastructure #EPA #PublicHealth Learn more about SRF's by clicking the link below 👇 👇 👇 https://lnkd.in/gA6f-CsD

The landscape for residential EV charging is shifting. As of 1st April 2026, OZEV is withdrawing the electric vehicle infrastructure grants for landlords: the funding that previously covered the critical core infrastructure (cabling and distribution) required for EV charging in apartment blocks. While the new structure increases support for individual charge point installs (up to £500), it can only be claimed once a chargepoint has already been installed, and removes the vital subsidy that makes large-scale projects financially and operationally viable for most buildings. While these changes signify how quickly government policy can evolve, they don't have to stall the EV transition for your managed properties. 🏢 At ChargeGuru, our mission to close the "driveway divide" remains unchanged. We are increasing our own investment per building to bridge this new gap, ensuring our fully-funded solution remains available to your residential and commercial buildings at no cost.
