I recently completed.. Design Thinking: Understanding the Process course taught by Chris Nodder on LinkedIn Learning. Even though the course was short, it shared some powerful ideas about problem solving and innovation. Here are 3 insights that stood out to me: 1️⃣ Start with the user, not the solution Design thinking emphasizes understanding people’s real needs before attempting to solve the problem. 2️⃣ Define the problem clearly Many teams rush into solutions, but properly framing the problem often leads to better outcomes. 3️⃣ Generate multiple ideas before choosing one Creative ideation allows teams to explore possibilities instead of settling too quickly.
