Incredibly excited to host an interactive design session at next week’s Benevity Live! Conference. My session “The Trust Multiplier: Building Community-Centered Corporate Impact” will share real examples of how at Vanguard we prioritize trust as a critical piece of volunteer program design knowing it will enable amplified community impact through enduring partnerships and outcomes. In the session, I’ll bring some basics of human-centered design and ideation to inspire and activate attendees to walk away with an action plan on where they can (re)design their programs with trust as a strategic asset.
