Excited to share that All Clear is now an incorporated Alberta corporation. In the last 6 weeks my co-founder Xavion Dean and I built a working end-to-end automated Safety compliance system for Alberta worksites, computer vision detection on existing site cameras, supervisor alerts within 5 seconds, and a documented compliance record built on Canadian cloud infrastructure. We've validated the legal value proposition directly with WCB Alberta, demoed at Edmonton Unlimited Student Founders: Grow on May 12, and are backed by Alberta Innovates, City of Edmonton, and PrairiesCan through the program. We're now actively looking for pilot partners. If you operate an industrial worksite, manufacturing facility, auto service shop, construction site, or similar environment in Alberta, and you're interested in being one of our first pilot customers, I'd love to talk. 60 days free, full deployment, documented results. If you know someone in Alberta industry who should see this, please tag them or send an intro. Building in public from Edmonton! #AllClear #EdmontonStartups #WorkplaceSafety #PPECompliance #AlbertaTech #StudentFounder #EdmontonUnlimited

I was glad to connect with Leadership Ohio Class of 2024 alumnus Dan Wendt to share how a partnership with Ohio Air Quality Development Authority (OAQDA) helped support a small business in the City Of West Carrollton. Partnerships like this show the impact collaboration can have on strengthening local businesses and communities across Ohio.

Big thanks to the Ohio Department of Development Ohio Air Quality Development Authority for featuring the City Of West Carrollton's Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) project in their annual report. We had our first project in town this year and they guided us through every step to help a local entrepreneur get it done. https://lnkd.in/etGaCuxh

Decades of underinvestment along SH1 has choked Northland's regional economic growth. It’s also stopping Northland from supporting Auckland’s strong growth path. That is why NCG have come out so strongly in support of a fair user pays model to fund the vital transport corridor upgrades to SH1 that can help us unlock Northland's potential. It's great to see so many others in our community swinging behind this approach too - showing how Northland is united in the need for a reliable transport network. For our region to truly reach its economic potential, we need to see certainty around getting the road built and the best way to achieve that in this constrained economic environment is to equitably share the costs with those who will benefit. Premier Eby’s reckless co-governance experiment under DRIPA is actively driving investment out of British Columbia. Businesses and investors see the writing on the wall: unelected bodies now hold veto-like power over land use, resources, and major projects. The resulting uncertainty has resulted in financing being pulled, and projects grinding to a halt. This NDP ideology is costing us jobs, growth, and economic security while homeowners, developers, and businesses in Richmond-Queensborough and across the province face real threats to their property rights. It is time to repeal DRIPA and restore the certainty that once made British Columbia an attractive place to invest. https://lnkd.in/gQwDXDCf

Solving for California’s "Permit Drag": The Vertical Infrastructure Stack The current California development model is fundamentally broken. Between $50k-per-unit impact fees and a 24-month "Permit Drag," traditional residential projects are increasingly becoming dead assets. At Hopkins Marketing Solutions (HMS), we’ve vertically integrated the development stack to solve for velocity and margin. Our 10-lot luxury node in Penngrove, Sonoma County, isn't just a "project"—it’s a Regulatory & Engineering Arbitrage play. The Strategy (The HMS Shield): We utilize the SB 543 fee-shield to legally bypass $200k in local impact fees. By keeping our Duo-MDU units under 400 sq. ft., we eliminate the "government tax" that kills 10-lot subdivisions before they start. The Execution (The CRD Grit): Our development partner, Coastal Reflection Designs (CRD), provides the local engineering required to hit a 150-day deployment clock. We’ve removed the "Concrete Bottleneck" by using Heli-Pile foundation systems and de-risked the PG&E variable via the Sovereign Volt microgrid. The Result: A deeded, grid-independent asset class with a 35% projected IRR—delivered in months, not years. The Round: We are opening Tier 1 Strategic Funding ($75k Audit / $1.25M Infrastructure). Security: Senior Position on Title. Target: High-Net-Worth "Exit" buyers and Luxury RV owners. If you are looking for high-velocity, climate-resilient infrastructure plays in the North Bay, let’s talk. DM for the Executive Summary and the 150-Day Sovereign Sequence. #PropTech #Infrastructure #PrivateEquity #SonomaCounty #SovereignOS #VentureCapital

Critically underfunded parks have increasingly come to rely on fee revenue. By forcing the Park Service to divert this revenue to primarily DC-based projects, the administration is taking away a critical lifeline from national parks across the country.

Over the years, I’ve worked alongside some exceptional estimators, bid teams, and infrastructure professionals across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. One thing became very clear to me: our industry deserves something more specialised. A new venture is coming soon — built by industry people, for industry people. Official launch: 1 June 2026.
