Training is not about checking boxes. It is about preparing people to perform under pressure - when seconds matter and decisions have consequences. Modern military training environments generate more data than ever before. But data alone does not improve readiness. Insight does. RAPTOR helps transform training events into measurable performance intelligence: • Objective assessment of trainee and team performance • Identification of strengths, weaknesses, and decision patterns • Meaningful performance analytics for instructors and commanders • Data-driven After Action Reviews and readiness evaluation Because effective training starts with understanding what truly matters. Every logistics support decision on a complex system traces back to one thing. Product Support Analysis. VILT. June 15 - 18. PSA is the set of analytical tasks that identify the resources required to develop and sustain a support system for fielded equipment — across all five phases of the Defense Acquisition Management System. It's not just another deliverable. It's the foundation. GEIA-STD-0007. SAE TA-STD-0017. DoD Instruction 5000. If your program team isn't fluent in these standards, that's a readiness gap and a cost risk. Pierian Academy trains ILS professionals to close it. #ProductSupportAnalysis #PSA #DefenseAcquisition #LogisticsEngineering #ILS #Sustainment

The 914A and 91E Soldiers will contribute to this effort by reverse engineering critical, long lead time parts and have them uploaded into the digital repository. Once uploaded the goal should be to have critical parts qualified so units don’t have to worry about replacing parts twice. This will save time and effort and give Commanders the opportunity to train their formations.
Following the Secretary of the Army's designation of AMC as the Lead Integrator and Lifecycle Manager for Advanced Manufacturing, we hosted an Operational Planning Team meeting, bringing together experts from around the Army to completely overhaul how we approve and qualify critical repair parts. Measurement Phase Insight – Lean Six Sigma This week I learned about Standard Deviation, and honestly, it made me look at my daily work a little differently. Standard deviation is basically a way to see how consistent (or inconsistent) a process is. Working as a Personnel Specialist in the Navy, supporting over 2,600 reserve members, I see this all the time. For example, when there are pay issues such us like SGLI problems, missing drill pay, or drills not entered into the system, it creates variation. Then we have to go back, recalculate everything, and fix it, which can delay payments and impact Sailors. My biggest takeaway: even if most things are running fine, small inconsistencies can still cause big problems. This is something I can use to start spotting patterns, reduce errors, and improve how we support our Sailors. Always learning, always improving. #LeanSixSigma #ProcessImprovement #ContinuousImprovement #USNavy
