Jason C. Miller, MBA’s Post

Last week, our LA offices at 4Wall Entertainment had to evacuate. Thankfully, our nearly 100 employees were safe, but this created a logistical challenge for our clients nationwide who were relying on us to produce live events of all kinds. In just 24 hours, we secured additional nearby warehouse space, moved nearly two dozen trucks loaded with expensive production gear, and brought in freelance staff. Our team prepped and delivered the necessary gear to Northern California in time for a high-profile, large-scale event. The client was none the wiser. I am incredibly proud of our team's ability to pivot and deliver under such challenging circumstances. While I take great pride in the work we do, I am even prouder of the people we hire.

Glad your support teams got the jobs & equipment packages built and shipped out to your business clients despite the fire in our town that crazy week.

This speaks volumes on how coordinated and effective the team really is. On a humanistic standpoint, no questions asked.

I haven’t had the chance personally to work with you all but I was hoping that everything was ok for you guys over the hill as I watched the flames and smoke from here in TO. Definitely great leadership on your part in order to keep everyone on your team and your gear safe.

Happy to hear everyone is safe and that the show went on.
