Encouraging to see greater recognition of cuckooing. In Cardiff, we are experiencing growing safeguarding concerns connected to home life and vulnerability, particularly amongst young people, including those with care experience. Alongside enforcement, joined-up support, trusted relationships and early intervention are essential.
