Scaling chemical recycling requires more than a single technology. It takes strong partnerships and a fully integrated approach across the value chain. That is why it’s great to see our Evonik Catalysts team contribute to a new full‑chain solution, developed together with VARY TECH and SupeZET, to convert mixed plastic waste into high‑quality pyrolysis oil and circular naphtha. As part of this solution, Evonik’s proprietary Rocket technology enables the upgrading and purification of pyrolysis oil; a critical step to remove impurities and ensure consistent, specification‑grade outputs that can re‑enter existing petrochemical systems. By combining advanced upgrading, purification, and refining technologies with large‑scale pyrolysis, this approach helps address one of the key barriers to circular plastics: delivering reliable product quality at scale. The establishment of CARBON LOOP SYSTEMS in Singapore, alongside plans for a closed‑loop demonstration project, is another important step toward making these solutions commercially viable. A strong example of how collaboration and catalyst innovation can help turn ambition into industrial reality for the circular plastics economy. #Evonik #CircularEconomy

Great to see strong collaboration across the value chain. Turning mixed plastic waste into useful feedstock is complex, so this is a solid step forward for circular plastics at scale.

Good solution for our green earth.

Strong example here of how operational scalability increasingly depends on integrated ecosystems rather than isolated technologies operating independently. As industrial, energy, & AI-assisted operational environments become more interconnected, hidden financial exposure can quietly form underneath front-end friction, fragmented visibility, unstable ingestion layers, workflow inconsistencies, delayed validation, & cross-system dependencies moving faster than oversight. The challenge is not simply advancing circular economy initiatives or scaling infrastructure. It is maintaining operational coherence across supply chains, refining systems, governance, infrastructure, financial environments, & execution layers as complexity accelerates. In many organizations, downstream exposure begins before instability becomes visible operationally or financially. Operational integration at this scale reinforces how important visibility & friction detection become across interconnected industrial ecosystems. It’s one reason I developed the DeciznDNA™ Pre-Assessment Forensic Exposure Diagnostic focused on Hidden Financial Risk Exposure & front-end friction detection across enterprise operational environments.
