Cameron Fox’s Post

Spaceflight has long operated under the assumption that when a spacecraft launches, it must have everything it needs for the journey ahead. The Robotically Manipulated Payload Challenge seeks to change that. The fifth in the TechLeap Prize series, the challenge invites applicants to propose payloads that can be manipulated by a robotic arm in low Earth orbit. Up to three teams can earn up to $500,000 each and a chance to fly their payload aboard a hosted orbital spacecraft at no additional cost. Registration closes July 29, 2026 and Phase 1 submissions are due August 12, 2026. Learn more and register for the June 18 virtual information session: https://lnkd.in/eERnr-7F
