Reliability is Skydio's most important feature. And Transparency is a foundational element of safety and reliability. We're laser focused on making Skydio drones the safest and most reliable on the planet. And while we've made a ton of progress, our job will never be done and things can still go wrong. On May 6-7, Skydio's cloud services experienced an issue that caused degraded connectivity that disrupted customer operations. We've developed a robust incident response protocol to rapidly bring together experts and address emergent situations like this. When an incident happens, what's most important to me is how we respond - with urgency, transparency to our customers, and systematic improvements to both detection and prevention so our customers never experience it again.
