AI won't replace founders. It'll expose who's been coasting. The ones who ship faster, think clearer, and sell harder will use AI as steroids. Everyone else will use it as an excuse. #TheNetworkEconomy #AI #Entrepreneurship #Startups

Everyone thinks building an AI startup is about mastering technology. But the real edge? Deep domain knowledge. Understanding your industry, customers, and real problems matters far more than chasing the latest AI trend. Sometimes the biggest advantage is the experience you already have. Every founder I meet has watched the videos, read the threads, maybe even taken a course on AI. And yet, nothing's changed inside their business. Not because AI doesn't work. But because there's a gap between understanding it and actually making it work for you. And most people are stuck right there, waiting to feel ready before they start. NITU SINGH Chandler and Parfumeuse (CANDLE QUEEN) said it better than most. #ai #artificialintelligence #aiforbusiness #founders #startups #entrepreneurship #founderlife #productivity #implementation #saranshgupta #growwithsaransh

One of the biggest mistakes founders make is starting with a tool and then searching for a problem to justify it. That’s usually where things break. Great products don’t begin with: “What can we build with AI?” They begin with: “What problem do people genuinely care about solving?” AI is powerful, but without a real problem underneath it, even the smartest product becomes a solution looking for a reason to exist. Bang on. Identifying a real pain point / unaddressed need/ new category of need/ disrupting existing or incumbant product or service is key - and which will scale- The solution product or service comes next - differentiated, priced for value, competitive moat etc with or without AI ... Went thru a similar situation with a start up yesterday...

For years, the conventional wisdom was that ideas are cheap and execution is everything. AI is starting to shift that balance. If more people can build software quickly, the value equation changes. The question becomes less "can you build it?" and more "is the idea valuable, differentiated, and connected to a real market?" Execution still matters. Technical maturity, scalability, team quality, market timing, and the non-technical parts of entrepreneurship still matter enormously. But the scales are moving. I think many people use AI the wrong way. They ask AI to do everything alone. Then get disappointed when the result feels generic or weird. The best use I’ve seen is more like this: You explain the direction. AI helps you move faster. Then you review, fix, improve, and add your thinking. That’s usually when the result starts feeling really good. AI can do things fast. But it still needs someone behind it who knows what makes sense. #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #FutureOfWork #Productivity #Business #Entrepreneurship #Startups #Marketing #BuildInPublic #Innovation
