I attended the webinar and i was impacted. It was a moment of paradigm shift and mindset recalibration for me career-wise. If you have not listened to it, please click on the link below in the comment section to watch and listen to it.

Honestly, when I saw 1hr 24mins as the viewing time, I was scared 😅 but I told myself: if this will improve me, why not? And I’m glad I watched it. (BIG GAME CHANGER) One major lesson for me was that global HR leadership starts with mindset before position. Your mind is your passport. As a fresh graduate interested in Strategic HR Management, these were my practical takeaways: • Join CIPM & HRCI • Attend global HR webinars/events • Earn an international HR certification like aPHRi • Volunteer or intern with organizations serving global teams One powerful line from the session was: “If you cannot show a link between people initiatives and business growth, then you’re doing the wrong thing.” Another line that stayed with me: “If you’re waiting until you’re better before you start, then you will never start.” Becoming a global HR leader doesn’t start with a job abroad. It starts with a mindset shift.
