Deciding to stand up an AI-powered centralized operating model is the easy part. Getting your onsite teams on board? That’s the real challenge. Lisa Moore, Director of Training and Support at GoldOller Real Estate Investments, knows a thing or two about getting stakeholder buy-in. And she knows how to do it at scale, leading training at an NMHC Top 50 operator. Tomorrow, Lisa joins EliseAI’s Ben Scieszka, Director of Strategy and Planning, for a deep dive into change management: → How to communicate centralization from execs to site teams → ROI metrics and how to build the business case → Pitfalls and strategies for deploying AI at scale RSVP: https://lnkd.in/eH3AvE3c

I had the opportunity to attend the Shutdowns & Turnarounds Superconference in Houston, it was a genuinely energizing experience for me. Beyond the technical depth, what stood out was the openness of the global turnaround community to rethink how we plan, execute, and learn. I found myself reflecting deeply on how far our industry has come—and how much potential still lies ahead. The discussions on AI‑enabled planning, predictive risk intelligence, and digital execution models hit home for me. These aren’t abstract concepts anymore; they are practical tools that can help us deliver safer, more predictable, and more efficient turnarounds. For me, the biggest value came from seeing how AI can support the realities we face in Turnarounds: • anticipating schedule pressure points before they materialize • improving SIMOPS coordination in complex brownfield environments • strengthening decision quality during fast‑moving execution windows • enabling more disciplined, data‑driven scope management These insights will directly influence how we design our planning rhythm, risk controls, and execution governance. I’m returning with renewed clarity—and a stronger conviction that the future of turnaround excellence will be built on the fusion of human expertise and intelligent systems.

For serious operators, decision quality isn't an efficiency play; it's a strategic moat. In an era saturated with data, the true scarcity isn't information; it's the capacity for pristine judgment. Many operations default to applying volume to problems that require surgical precision, confusing motion with momentum. This approach inevitably dilutes focus, erodes the perception of mastery, and often introduces unnecessary volatility into the value chain. For high-stakes ventures, every strategic input shapes both the long-term equity and the implicit premium perception. To navigate this, a disciplined approach to decision architecture becomes paramount. It shifts the paradigm from reactive problem-solving to proactive value creation, resting on three core principles: 1. Clarity: Deconstructing complexity to isolate the core leverage point. 2. Constraint: Operating within defined boundaries, acknowledging finite resources. 3. Conviction: Committing to the chosen path with full strategic alignment, not just consensus. This rigor transforms risk into calculated advantage, defining not just the trajectory of enduring ventures, but also the caliber of those leading them. If navigating high-stakes decisions is central to your next phase, let's explore calibration. #StrategicDecisions #PremiumPositioning #VidaMarketingAI

Something I have noticed this week. Four separate conversations with practitioners who do not know each other. Different industries. Different frameworks. Different vocabulary. Every one of them arrived at the same gap. Jayashree called it behavioral recalibration. The organization relearning where decisions actually hold under pressure. Michael called it the last mile. The operating model redesign that has to happen before the agentic stack becomes useful. Meherban called it the sequencing problem. The operating model has to be ready before the capacity arrives. Not after. Sol called it the treadmill. AI makes it faster without changing where it leads. Same gap. Four different entry points. What none of them named is what sits underneath all four observations. The preparation architecture that has to exist before the trigger fires. Not when the pressure is on. Before the pressure arrives. When multiple serious practitioners reach the same wall from different directions it is not a coincidence. It is a structural gap that has not been closed yet. It is the gap I built around. Not a framework. Not a methodology. Readiness OS is live in production and the preparation architecture is already built. The response is ready before the trigger fires.

This happens all the time in M&A and general business transformation. So often your plans, or those the consultants you’ve hired design, are the right direction and well-formulated, but execution fails to get off the ground or stalls as more people are involved. If you don’t understand the gap between your people and your strategy, you won’t know why it’s happening or how to free up the friction.
Your Operating Partners meticulously designed a new Lean operating model to scale efficiencies. The org chart is redrawn, the mandate is clear, and your operational engineering is flawless. So why is your on-the-ground execution slipping and actively suppressing your IRR? Because you can mandate a process, but you cannot mandate adoption. You may feel confident in the legacy leaders you've tapped to roll out these improvements, but do you really know if they are the right people to secure buy-in from the acquired team? When you merge two companies and force a radical process improvement plan without measuring the underlying organizational alignment, you create an invisible drag. You now have the power to pressure-test your modeled synergy assumptions with objective behavioral data. Relying on subjective guesswork for operational handoffs is no longer just a risk—it is a conscious decision to leave margin on the table and actively cap your value creation. Stop letting invisible friction prevent you from capturing the full value of the acquisition. Grodivo.ai delivers the quantitative, cross-dimensional alignment data operators need to drive rapid execution and capture synergies sooner. How do you ensure your new operating model is actually adopted on the ground?

Meet the NGS-AI Portfolio Management System. What used to take weeks of steering committees, fragmented reviews, and funding debates can now happen in an afternoon, with sharper signals and clearer decision support behind it. An AI powered portfolio decision system designed to help organizations cut through portfolio congestion, accelerate decisions, and focus execution on what truly delivers value. It's a decision support system built for one job. Helping leadership teams cut through a crowded portfolio and put their energy behind work that actually moves the business. Most organizations we talk to are dealing with the same reality. Too many initiatives running at once. Delivery capacity that can't keep up. KPI visibility that's patchy at best. Funding and governance decisions that drag on for weeks while the market moves. Teams get stretched. Execution slows down. Capital ends up trapped in work that isn't really moving the needle. Here's what the system helps leadership teams do. 1. See exactly where the portfolio is congested. 2.Surface the initiatives quietly draining capacity. 3. Match demand to the delivery capacity you actually have. 4. Close funding and governance decisions in hours, not weeks. 5. Build execution roadmaps grounded in reality. 6. Run continuous, KPI-driven decision cycles instead of annual reviews. The outcome: Better focus, faster execution, and smarter investment decisions you can measure. This isn't about doing less. It's about putting your best people, your best budget, and your best energy behind the work that genuinely moves the business forward. If that sounds like something your organization needs, comment "Portfolio" or DM us. we will walk you through how it works and what a pilot could look like. 🌐 ngs-ai.co #PortfolioManagement #DigitalTransformation #Leadership #AIforBusiness #NGSAI #LeanPortfolioManagement

Across every Strategic Discovery, outcomes follow a pattern. Before: • Assumptions • Partial clarity • Optimistic timelines • Uncertain costs After: ✓ Defined risks ✓ Real cost structure ✓ Validated pathways ✓ Clear roadmap The difference isn’t more effort. It’s better decisions earlier. Strategic Discovery is where that shift happens. Opens on the 1st and 15th. Seats limited. Reserved in advance. Required before the accelerator. https://lnkd.in/dtUyAmw6 #StrategicDiscovery #FounderReadiness #HardwareStartups #ExecutionStrategy #RiskManagement #ProductDevelopment
