Andries is currently Sales Director Belgium, leading commercial growth across multiple logistics activities within Paxon. His role builds on nearly a decade of experience at Staci BELGIUM, where he started as New Business Development Manager. He has combined  the customer acquisition with responsibility for existing client relationships, supported by teams of Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers. As Staci, Active Ants and Radial Europe move toward becoming Paxon, his scope has expanded further. It now covers a wider range of customer profiles, including ecommerce and B2B. In practice, Andries helps customers turn logistics challenges into efficient, scalable solutions by aligning commercial needs with operational reality. He is currently involved in several concrete new business launches across Belgian sites such as Boom, Willebroek and Beveren. These projects include both ecommerce fulfilment and more specialised logistics activities, such as handling promotional materials and store equipment for retailers and brands. Outside of work, Andries enjoys football and stays active with some running and fitness.
