Brawl Stars is not only an amazing game, but the team and company behind it is pretty unique. After 7 years here the biggest culture difference of Supercell compared to my previous employers is the “Freedom and Responsability” aspect : as team member you are free to work on what you wish, as you wish, as long as you spend your time responsibily. Freedom with no responsability is complete chaos, but balanced with responsability it’s a manageable chaos where proactivite people thrive. I’ve seen senior and junior people fresh out of HiVe strive in that environement. If you want to know more about Brawl or Supercell in general feel free to ask :-)
Is the entry barrier too hard?
Hi! I've a question: how does the support system works? I've contacted the support from ticket and email an entire year and did not receive answer. I can't access my Supercell ID. I have many purchases and all the transactions ID with me. I have access to my email, credit cards used, and everything else. Please, I don't know what else I could do to get support and recover my account. I lost it when I changed my phone. It is linked to my Google Play, and when I enter the game, I get a notification telling me I have an account with 11k trophies, but it ask me to log in my supercell ID, but it is not working because it shows me another account that I've made to send a ticket asking for help. I don't know what to do anymore to be seen.
In Brazil and LatAm, talent isn’t the constraint. Context is. Give teams real ownership with clear accountability, and you unlock speed, creativity, and execution at a different level.
This is the way! Micromanaging kills creativity while giving freedom encourages it. And if companies still think that's a bad idea... well, look at how well Supercell is doing. xD
Whoever ends up getting this role, please push to nerf Kenji. Thank you for your attention.
Maybe you need a network engineer?)

Hi! I’m a student from Estonia and a huge fan of Supercell. I’ve started my journey as a content creator for Brawl Stars. What is the most important skill for a Community Manager today that I should start practicing while I’m still in school?
