SAVE THE DATE: The Role of a Clinical Terminologist Webinar SNOMED CT is the most comprehensive clinical health terminology in the world and is supported by a growing international community. It is a common language for health and is used across different IT systems, healthcare settings, and countries. Therefore, it plays a significant role as a common reference in supporting the exchange of health information. However, despite this importance, the contributions of terminologists remain under recognised and poorly understood across the wider NHS. In this session, we will address the role of the clinical terminologist and why it needs wider recognition and professional support.
