“Without the right context, you will scale the wrong activity.” Loved this line. AI is powerful, but it doesn’t fix poor direction, it magnifies it.

As someone focused on the synthetic panels side of the house, I’m inspired by how these innovations are making deep customer empathy accessible to roles across the entire organization, not just the core research team. AI is indeed the accelerator, but the customer context remains the North Star.
