It's almost the weekend here in the UAE, and I feel like it's the best time for me to share this rather candid (and wonderfully wholesome, I might add) piece that Roar founder Pallavi Dean penned for Inc. Arabia detailing what it's like being a business leader--aka "THE BOSS"--during what's a particularly unsettling period for all of us. But this is not a read just for the "employers" among us--I'd say that it matters just as much for the "employees," since it brings the other side of the equation into focus.
