Didn’t make it out to Pizza Expo this year. Last year was great — a lot of good conversations, ideas, and time with people in the industry. But this year, the priorities looked a little different. We’re laser-focused on operations and growth right now: • dialing in systems • improving execution • preparing for a busy season ahead At the same time: • truck season is about to take off • Moo Joe’s is ramping up in Evanston and beyond • we’re about to break ground in Oswego And on top of all that — it’s my kids’ spring break. Before things get really busy, taking a little time to recharge and be present with family felt like the right move. There’s a season for everything. This year, it’s about building. For those of you at Expo — what’s been the can’t-miss this year?
We missed ya! It’s been all AI this year sir. At least that’s how it seems.
Joe Dorf have you met already ?
If you’ve been to Pizza Expo in the last five years, you didn’t miss much. It’s pretty much the same show—just a couple more AI companies, but otherwise, it’s the same.
