Really looking forward to speaking at this upcoming Life Sciences & MedTech Breakfast Club in Galway with Schneider Electric and the MET Technology Gateway team at Atlantic Technological University. For many organisations in Life Sciences and MedTech, the question is no longer whether to digitally transform — it is what to do next. That next step is often where the real challenge lies. - How do you modernise while still dealing with legacy systems? - How do you improve performance while managing regulatory pressure? - How do you embrace AI and new digital capabilities while also delivering on sustainability and investment priorities? These are the real conversations industry leaders are having right now, and that is what makes this event so relevant. This is not about high-level buzzwords or abstract transformation talk. It is a practical, industry-focused session for people working at the sharp end of engineering, manufacturing, operations, and plant leadership. I’m delighted to be joining a strong line-up including Julio Zanon Diaz, Boston Scientific, along with representatives from Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), Enterprise Ireland, IDA Ireland, MET Technology Gateway, and ISPE. From my side, I’ll be sharing an Expleo Group perspective on how Life Sciences and MedTech organisations can take a more structured, execution-focused approach to digital transformation — helping ensure programmes deliver real operational value while staying aligned to compliance, governance, quality, and long-term business goals. It should be a great morning for insight, discussion, and networking with leaders from across the sector. 📍 ATU Galway iHub 📅 26 March 2026 ⏰ 07:00 – 09:30 If you are involved in shaping the next phase of digital transformation in manufacturing, engineering, or operations, this is a session well worth attending. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces there. #MedTech #LifeSciences #DigitalTransformation #ManufacturingExcellence #SchneiderElectric #Expleo #Industry50 #GalwayInnovation #METGateway

What should your next step in 'Life Sciences MedTech Digital Transformation' be? 🚀 In the MedTech and Life Sciences sectors, the "Next Step" is often the hardest to define. We are no longer asking if we should digitise, but how we integrate digital adoption with legacy systems, meet evolving regulatory pressures, and leverage AI—all while hitting aggressive sustainability targets. On March 26th 2026, the MET Technology Gateway team at Atlantic Technological University are delighted to partner with the Schneider Electric team for the ‘Life Sciences & MedTech Breakfast Club’ at the ATU Galway iHub. This isn't a theory-heavy seminar. It is a tactical forum designed for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations leaders who are navigating the complexities of modern production. Why this session is different: We’ve curated an "industry-driven" perspective to give you a 360-degree view and exceptional use cases: 🔹 The Industry Giants: Real-world scaling insights from Julio Zanon Diaz, Boston Scientific. 🔹 The Technical Architects: Digital execution strategies from Alan Gallagher, Expleo Group. 🔹 The Enablers: Direct access to Fiona Lavin, Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), Kurt Reinhardt and Cepta Duffy, Enterprise Ireland, and IDA Ireland to discuss supports and policy. 🔹 The Innovation Engine: Research excellence from us at MET Technology Gateway & ISPE. At MET, we see daily how the intersection of academic research and industrial application is the key to Irish manufacturing remaining globally competitive. If you are leading an MedTech Engineering team or managing a manufacturing plant, this morning is designed to provide the roadmap you need for your next investment cycle. 🤝 Join us for high-level networking and quick-fire keynotes. 📍 Where: ATU Galway: The iHub ⏰ When: 26th March | 07:00 – 09:30 (Efficiency is in our DNA!) 🎟 Cost: Complimentary, but spaces are strictly limited to ensure high-quality peer-to-peer engagement. Secure your place here: [comments section below] 🔗 I look forward to seeing many familiar faces from the Galway ecosystem and beyond. #EUinmyregion 🇮🇪🇪🇺 #MedTech #LifeSciences #DigitalTransformation #ManufacturingExcellence #GalwayInnovation #METGateway #SchneiderElectric #Industry50 Northern and Western Regional Assembly | Enterprise Ireland Technology Gateway Network | IRDG - Driving Irish Innovation | ATU Innovation Hubs | Orla Flynn | Brendan Jennings

The future of clinical research won’t be built on legacy thinking. At Medable, our vision is clear: a world where clinical trials move at the speed of science and patients don’t wait. That means rethinking everything. Not incrementally. Fundamentally. From eliminating “white space” to building our 1:1:1, we’re building a future where research is more connected, more intelligent, and more human.

Bridging the gap between lab and market. 🧬✨ We partnered with Revnuu to visualize their mission of transforming complex scientific breakthroughs into clear, impactful narratives. By blending cinematic storytelling with the world of deep tech and life sciences, we’ve created an image film that defines their goal of helping founders move from proof of concept to commercial reality. We look forward to partnering with Revnuu on future projects to take strategic storytelling to the next level and give ground-breaking innovation the clarity it deserves. #AVIATICFILMS #REVNUU #DeepTech #LifeSciences #CinematicStorytelling #InnovationToImpact
At Revnuu, we have one belief that drives everything we do. The world's most important breakthroughs deserve to be understood. Deep tech and life sciences founders are building solutions that could change the trajectory of human health, industry, and the planet. But too many of them get stuck in the space between proof of concept and real-world impact, not because the science isn't ready, but because the story isn't. That gap is where we work. We stand beside visionary teams and do whatever it takes to turn complexity into clarity, and clarity into change. From early concept to commercial growth, we own that journey together. This short film is our declaration for 2026 and beyond. Fewer breakthroughs lost in translation. More deep tech reaching the patients, industries, and communities that need it most. For a better, safer, more sustainable and inclusive future, through the advancement of deep tech. If you're joining us at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, come find us. We'd love to hear what you're building. 📍 Hall 8.1, 4YFN Stand 8.1B61.1 🔗 revnuu.com #DeepTech #LifeSciences #Innovation #Commercialisation #Basel #MWC2026 #4YFN #EIC #ImpactDriven

analytica 2026 — beyond the stand. Yes, it’s been an incredible experience. Yes, amazing team Supertek Europe- Powered by Shivsons Shiv Dial Sud and Sons Yes, great to meet so many of you. But let’s go one step further. 👉 What really happened these days? Because if we’re honest… Most conversations were not about products. They were about trust, reliability, and long-term commitment. And here’s the uncomfortable question: Are trade fairs still about discovering new solutions… or just validating decisions already made? We met: • People curious, open, exploring • But also many already decided, just looking for reassurance At the same time: • We felt the absence of some key regions • We saw how much presence = positioning in this industry So maybe the real value of fairs today is not exposure… 👉 It’s confirmation, credibility, and strategic alignment ⸻ On a #personal #note: This experience was great thanks to the team. Energy, resilience, and shared ambition made the difference. And to everyone who: • stopped by • asked questions • challenged us • or simply got curious Thank you. You’re the real value of this ecosystem. ⸻ Now I leave this open: 💬 Are fairs still where decisions are made… or just where they are confirmed? ⸻ #Analytica2026 #IndustryInsights #InternationalBusiness #Trust #Partnerships #B2B #TradeFairs #MarketReality #Leadership International Consulting Solutions
As analytica Munich 2026 comes to a close, we reflect on four rewarding days filled with great conversations, new connections, and exciting opportunities. A big thank you to everyone who visited us at Booth B1-215—we truly appreciate the overwhelming response. 👉 If we couldn’t connect at the show, feel free to reach out. Let’s continue the conversation and build meaningful partnerships ahead. #AnalyticaMunich2026 #LaboratorySolutions #LabEquipment #ScientificInnovation
