The AI conversation often gets stuck at the model layer. But building enterprise-grade AI requires a full-stack architectural approach. Looking at the complete AI Technology Stack, the progression is clear: we can't leap to Agentic AI or domain-specific solutions without a rock-solid foundation. The build flows upward: 1️⃣ Infrastructure & Data: The engine and the fuel. 2️⃣ Engineering & Platforms: Where governance and scale happen. 3️⃣ Models & Agentic AI: The reasoning engine. 4️⃣ Cybersecurity: The non-negotiable guardrails. 5️⃣ Industry Solutions: The actual business value. For those of us architecting these solutions especially in highly regulated sectors the middle layers of security, governance, and robust agentic workflows are where the real battle is won. Where is your organization seeing the most friction in this stack? Source: Gartner #AIArchitecture #AgenticAI #Cybersecurity #EnterpriseAI #TechLeadership #DataGovernance

AI is making your current security model obsolete. Every new AI workload adds: • New data pipelines • New APIs • New access points • New infrastructure dependencies But most security architectures weren’t designed for this level of complexity. What used to be a network problem… is now an architecture problem. If AI is scaling faster than your controls, you’re not just innovating — you’re expanding risk. The question isn’t how fast you adopt AI. It’s whether your architecture can contain it. #ArtificialIntelligence #CyberSecurity #EnterpriseAI #ZeroTrust #SecurityArchitecture #BTA

Many organizations continue investing heavily in centralized data architectures, assuming scale alone will solve decision-making challenges. The bottleneck is increasingly not data availability, but context—how effectively systems can access, combine, and act on the right data at the right time. Agentic AI introduces a model where systems query and enrich data dynamically, reducing reliance on rigid centralization. Are current data strategies solving the right problem—or optimizing for a model that’s already becoming outdated? #AI #DataEngineering #Cybersecurity #InfoSec #SecurityWeekly Matt Alderman Tim Morris Tanium SC Media CyberRisk Alliance Security Weekly Productions

For years, security teams have relied on SAST and DAST to identify vulnerabilities across the software lifecycle, yet these tools often operate in silos, creating noise, duplication and inefficient triage. The result? Slower remediation, reduced developer productivity and limited visibility into real risk. In this upcoming webinar, Clinton Herget, Field CTO, Snyk will explore how AI is finally enabling meaningful correlation between SAST and DAST, helping organizations move from fragmented findings to actionable, prioritized security insights. 🔍 What you’ll learn: ▪ Why SAST and DAST remain complementary — but disconnected in many AppSec programs ▪ The impact of poor correlation on triage, workflows and overall security effectiveness ▪ How AI, machine learning and new data approaches are enabling automated vulnerability correlation ▪ How to reduce noise and focus on what actually matters for risk reduction As AppSec programs scale, the shift isn’t about adding more tools it’s about connecting them to deliver real outcomes. Register now to learn how to modernize your AppSec strategy with AI-driven correlation. https://lnkd.in/eRnDNBZa #AppSec #Cybersecurity #DevSecOps #AI #ApplicationSecurity #CISOLeadership

What does it take to power world-class geospatial research? A lot more than great data. Our IT Specialist Pete Wason recently traveled to SpiceWorld 2025, a conference where IT professionals ditch the sales pitches and get into real, peer-to-peer problem solving. And the conversations happening there? Directly relevant to what we do at Clark Center for Geospatial Analytics. The big topic on everyone's mind: AI. The excitement is real and so is the complexity. Nearly 2/3 of IT professionals are still figuring out how to integrate AI responsibly into their systems, and that kind of careful thinking matters. Rushing adoption without addressing security, reliability, and accuracy can create more problems than it solves. The takeaway from SpiceWorld wasn't to fear AI. It was to understand it well enough to use it wisely. How do you build systems that take advantage of AI without compromising security? How do you stay informed as the landscape shifts faster than ever? How do you make smart decisions for your team and the people who depend on your infrastructure? Those are the questions driving how we think about technology at Clark CGA. Because behind every map, model, and analysis our researchers produce, there's a team making sure the tools are ready. #ClarkUniversity #ClarkCGA #GeospatialAnalytics #Cybersecurity #ITManagement #Research #SpiceWorld2025 #AIinIT #ThoughtfulTech

Security is shifting from tools to intelligence. 💡 In traditional security setups, the approach is reactive: Collect → Analyze → Respond Data is sent to multiple tools. Insights are fragmented and delayed. But this model is evolving. 🚀 From: “Sending data to security tools” To: “Bringing security to the Lakehouse” Instead of moving data, we add an intelligence layer on top of the data. Now security becomes: • Unified, not siloed • Real-time ⚡ • Proactive, not reactive This is where the intelligence layer brings security, data, and AI together. LakeWatch reflects this shift — where security becomes context-driven and intelligent. 🔐 Databricks #LakeWatch #CyberSecurity #DataEngineering #AI #Lakehouse

Big move in cybersecurity + data: Databricks just announced Lakewatch — an open, agentic SIEM built for the AI era. As cyberattacks evolve into AI-driven, machine-speed threats, traditional SIEMs are struggling with: - Data silos - High ingestion costs - Manual, slow workflows Lakewatch flips the model by bringing security to the lakehouse: ✅ Unifies 100% of security, IT, and business data in one place ✅ Uses AI agents (“fight agents with agents”) for detection, triage, and response ✅ Supports multi-modal data (logs, chat, video, etc.) ✅ Reduces costs significantly by decoupling storage & compute ✅ Eliminates vendor lock-in with open formats 💡 What stands out to me: Security is no longer just a tooling problem — it's becoming a data + AI problem. And Databricks is betting that the lakehouse architecture is the foundation for modern SecOps. This could reshape how SOC teams operate — from reactive workflows to autonomous, AI-driven defense systems. 📖 Worth a read: https://lnkd.in/g8djUS9w #CyberSecurity #AI #Databricks #SIEM #DataEngineering #GenAI #SecurityOperations #Lakehouse
