AI is accelerating parts of VFX production that used to take weeks. Previs, roto, cleanup, asset generation, the compression is real, and it is not slowing down. What it does not compress is the ability to recognize when something is wrong, push back on a creative direction, earn a vendor’s trust over years of honest bids, or know which supervisor on which project needs which kind of support right now. Those capabilities do not live inside a model. They are built through exposure, repetition, judgment, and accountability. The people and studios who will navigate this shift well are not the ones resisting the tools. They are the ones who stay legible, visible in the right places, connected to the right projects, and known for the right strengths. That is part of what VFX Callsheet is being built to support: a clearer map of who is out there, what they do, and where the work is moving. The industry does not need more AI noise. It needs better signal, more clarity about where everyone stands. #VFX #VisualEffects #ProductionIntelligence

Hollywood spent decades building the illusion of the impossible. Massive budgets, global teams, years of iteration — all to bend reality just enough to amaze us. Now AI is compressing that entire pipeline into something radically different. What once required studios, render farms, and months of post-production can now be prototyped — and in some cases executed — by a single creator with the right models and vision. AI doesn’t just replicate Hollywood VFX — it’s starting to outpace it in key ways: • Speed → Scenes that took weeks can now be generated or iterated in hours • Cost → No multi-million dollar overhead; creativity is no longer budget-gated • Iteration → Infinite variations without reshoots or re-render bottlenecks • Accessibility → The barrier to cinematic storytelling is collapsing • Personalization → Content can be tailored at scale, even per viewer We’re moving from “high production value” to “high imagination value.” And that’s the real shift. Because when tools become this powerful, the differentiator is no longer infrastructure — it’s taste, storytelling, and boldness of ideas. Hollywood won’t disappear. But its monopoly on spectacle already has. The next generation of VFX won’t come from studios alone — it will come from creators who understand how to direct intelligence, not just cameras. AI is not replacing creativity. It’s amplifying those who know how to wield it. #AI #VFX #ArtificialIntelligence #Filmmaking #FutureOfWork

From Concept to Cinema: Building a "Ghost Movie" with AI. I recently set out to test the limits of conceptual storytelling by creating a trailer for a movie that doesn't exist. This project wasn't just about the visuals, it was about maintaining a narrative thread across a complex, multi-tool pipeline. The Workflow: Narrative & Scripting: Collaborative prompting with Gemini and Claude to refine the story arc. Visual Development: Midjourney for consistent character and environment design. Motion: Bringing those frames to life using Kling and Veo 3. Audio Architecture: Voiceovers via ElevenLabs and original scoring through Suno AI. The Final Touch: Manual editing and custom sound design to ensure the pacing hit the right emotional notes. This trailer is a proof-of-concept for a larger vision. Stay tuned—the next step is turning this world into a full-scale short film. #AI #GenerativeAI #Storytelling #Filmmaking #CreativeTech #VFX

Previously, I explored creating a cinematic movie trailer using AI workflows 🎬 During my time working with Vyro and tools like ImagineArt, I experimented with building a complete trailer — from concept to final output — using AI-driven techniques. This project was an early step in understanding how AI can enhance storytelling, combining VFX, CGI, and structured workflows to simulate a real production pipeline. It’s interesting to see how far the technology — and the creative possibilities — have evolved since then. #AI #Filmmaking #VFX #CGI #ImagineArt #Vyro #ContentCreation #CreativeTech #VideoProduction

I built a Car Fire VFX shot using AI — Day, Night & Scan variants. No Houdini. No Blender simulations. No $$$. 🛠 Tools used: • ComfyUI + WAN 2.2 → AI video generation • QWen RedEdit → Image-guided editing • FlashVSR → Video & photo upscaling The goal isn't just cool visuals — I'm engineering a production-ready AI VFX pipeline that solves a real industry problem: ⚡ Traditional FX rendering is slow and expensive. AI can change that. Still refining the workflow, but results are already promising. If you're in VFX, film, or AI — let's connect and exchange ideas. #AIGeneratedVideo #VFX #ComfyUI #WAN2 #GenerativeAI #FilmProduction #AIWorkflow #VisualEffects #FutureOfFilm

Over the past few days, I created this scene starting from a prompt. No set. No crew. No camera. And yet, the result is something that, until recently, would have required an entire team across production, VFX, and post. But that’s not the point. The real shift isn’t how easy this has become. It’s that we’re witnessing a much deeper transformation: the definitive separation between technical execution and creative vision. Today, anyone can generate images. Almost no one knows how to direct them. Because a prompt is not a command. It’s compressed direction. Inside it, there’s: – cinematic language – composition – lighting control – rhythm – narrative coherence The software executes. But someone still needs to know what to make it execute. And that’s where the real gap is being created. Not between those who use AI and those who don’t. But between those who generate content and those who build worlds. Because the truth is simple: special effects are no longer the bottleneck. Vision is. And in a world where production is nearly free, value shifts brutally toward those who know what to create. #artificialintelligence

Productions are bleeding budget in post. Most don't know where it's going. VFX overruns. Timeline creep. Revision loops that never end. The brief gets approved. The shoot wraps. Then post-production quietly becomes the most expensive room in the building. AI changes that math. Productions integrating AI in post are seeing 20 to 35% reductions in VFX costs. Not because the work got cheaper. Because the process got smarter. At Triad, this is not a prediction. It is what we do on briefs. Human creative direction. AI production intelligence. The output lands faster, tighter, and within budget. Swipe through to see what that actually looks like on a real production. #AIProduction #HybridCreative #PostProduction #VFX #ContentProduction #TriadStudio #MakeItLand #CreativeStrategy #AIFilm

AI and Live Action VFX with Griptape … The VFX industry is entering a quiet revolution — and it’s happening faster than most realize. Slowly, AI is stepping into spaces once dominated by traditional live VFX workflows. What once required massive teams, expensive setups, and long render pipelines can now be achieved with intelligent systems that learn, adapt, and generate at unprecedented speed. This isn’t just automation — it’s transformation. AI is redefining how we approach: • Real-time compositing • Digital environments • Character generation • Motion synthesis • Post-production efficiency What used to take weeks can now take hours. What needed physical production can now be simulated convincingly. The line between “shot on set” and “generated” is dissolving. And while some see disruption, others see opportunity. The real power lies in collaboration — artists + AI. Not replacement, but amplification. We’re moving toward a future where creativity is less constrained by time, budget, or physics — and more driven by imagination. The question is no longer if AI will reshape VFX. It’s how fast we’re ready to evolve with it. #AI #VFX #Filmmaking #Innovation #CreativeTech #FutureOfWork #GenerativeAI FoundryGriptape

AI Transformation Trend Short | Virtual Human × Character Consistency × Realistic VFX What I tested: ・Recreating the trending short-form style ・Maintaining identity consistency between the virtual human and the fixed character ・Achieving a realistic visual tone ・Transformation and attack VFX The number of test runs is still limited, but I’m starting to see a solid level of control. Technically, this is getting close to production-ready. The next challenges are story design, direction, shot construction, camera work, and how to connect timing and pacing across the full sequence.

This wasn't made by a Hollywood studio. No camera crew. No VFX team. No massive budget. This is Seedance 2.0 an AI video generation model. And it just raised the bar for what's possible. Cinematic lighting. First-person perspective. Fluid motion. Realistic environments. All generated by AI. We're not talking about "AI can make cool images" anymore. We're talking about AI-generated video that rivals professional productions. The question for creators, marketers, and studios is no longer "should we pay attention to this?" It's "how fast can we adapt?" #AI #GenerativeAI #Seedance #VideoGeneration #Innovation #ContentCreation
