Most people think you have to build a business alone. They’re wrong. Today is #SBDCDay, and it’s the perfect time to highlight a resource that is often the "secret sauce" for successful startups. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the SBDC, and I am a huge fan of the impact they make. As a resource partner of the SBA, they provide the ground-level support that actually moves the needle for local entrepreneurs. I’ve had the privilege of meeting many SBDC leaders across my region, joining them for events and business visits. The dedication they show to their communities is inspiring. One of my goals for the coming year is to visit the rest of the local SBDC offices in my region and continue supporting the incredible work they do.
