The ability to understand others may become one of the most important skills in the future. Many real-world challenges are not only about logic or technical knowledge, but also about how people interact, collaborate, and understand different perspectives. Without the ability to see situations from someone else’s point of view, the solutions we create often end up feeling disconnected from what people truly need. Innovation in education needs to create space for more human-centered learning. When students learn to understand social contexts, listen to diverse perspectives, and co-create solutions, they are not only developing critical thinking skills, but also building empathy that makes their innovations more meaningful and relevant to society. #innovesia #innovation #education #designthinking

A lot of people don’t need more motivation. They need less broadcasting. Not everything needs to be posted while it’s still fragile. A new habit. A new goal. A new business idea. A new version of you. Some things grow better with less noise. A simple rule I’m learning: Build in private. Test in silence. Share after proof. If you’re serious about growth: Tell 2 people, not 200. Work on it for 30 days before talking about it. Track effort and output, not mood and hype. Replace “big things coming” with one finished result. Share lessons after the work, not promises before it. Because the truth is: Talking feels productive. Posting feels like momentum. But real progress is usually quieter than that. The world doesn’t reward intentions for long. It notices consistency. It trusts proof. It remembers what you actually built. Protect what is still becoming.

Today, I met two types of Gen Z. One group seems disconnected from what’s happening around the world and believes in fully enjoying life in the moment. The second group has a very different mindset — they don’t aspire to do routine jobs. They want to build businesses, create impact, and even influence how systems and governments work. The key difference I observed is education and environment. Both play a crucial role in shaping mindset, ambition, and long-term vision. Same generation, different thinking.
