We asked out Advertising Woman of the Year, Jennifer Neumann: What does being named Ad Woman of the Year mean to you during Women’s History Month? Jennifer: "Just watch an episode of Mad Men, and you can see the profound change the industry has gone through. I mean, I didn’t work with Don Draper, but I did start in advertising when it was a very different environment. Women’s History Month is a great way to remember that we’ve come a long way in a very short time. Being named Ad Woman of the Year during this month feels less like a personal milestone and more like a marker of that progress. It’s a reminder that the industry continues to evolve, and that we have a responsibility to keep pushing it forward."
