Yesterday, @Lyft hosted our 3rd annual Manager Summit, a dedicated event for 600+ leaders to learn from one another and build community. It was an incredible, high-energy day centered on leading with excellence and strategies to unlock team potential. Beyond the learning sessions, we also took the time to recognize and celebrate our team members in honor of #EmployeeAppreciationDay. Our team members are what make our culture at Lyft so special, which I’ve gotten to experience first hand since joining as Chief People Officer last summer. A huge thank you to all the leaders who showed up and leaned in. You are truly what makes Lyft such a great place to work! 🚗
I would love to have been part of Lyft spirit here. After 8 years and 11 rides short of 13,000 I got permanently disabled based on an assumption of alleged unsafe driving with the first one being two years plus prior to this one. So essentially it took over two years and two alleged unsafe driving incidences to permanently deactivate my profile. Common sense went out the window here for Lyft. I was a loyal dedicated five star wonderful woman driver and they pitched me out like I was nothing.
David Risher Lyft Deborah Hersman VanguardGroups BlackRock To David Risher and the $LYFT Board (@deb_hersman): It is 2026. The "Robo-Boss" era is over in California. Under SB 7, you are prohibited from deactivating drivers based on automated scripts without meaningful human review. I have provided a verified witness statement that proves my innocence, yet your team has ignored it for 45 days. This is a direct violation of California Law: You failed to have a human reviewer evaluate the "relevant information" (my witness). You have failed to provide the "corroborating evidence" required for deactivation. You are hiding behind a "Careful Review" that never happened. @VanguardGroup and @BlackRock: Are you aware your investment is currently out of compliance with California labor law? Stop the "Confidential" excuses. Follow SB 7. Reactivate the account. #Lyft #SB7 #NoRoboBosses #CaliforniaLabor #NASDAQ #Investors #CorporateGovernance
Manager Summit is always one of my favorite days of the year. Shoutout to the amazing team members who play such an important part of the day!
So cool to see this dedicated investment in managers 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Can u help me to reactivate my driver account please?
Dana Rasmussen, bringing leaders together to learn and celebrate their teams is a powerful way to strengthen culture and leadership.
