𝗘𝗘𝗦 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗛𝗢𝗧 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 🔥 We are delighted to showcase a recent HOT article by Julien Hurni, Kerem Artuk, et al. titled “Over 31%-Efficient Perovskite-TOPCon Solar Cells Enabled by AlOx-based Hydrogenation and Front Sub-micron Texturing” The authors share that: - They achieved over 31% efficiency in a perovskite-TOPCon tandem solar cell. This was made possible by using an AlOx-based hydrogenation process on a nanotextured bottom cell. - They also demonstrated over 30% efficiency on a fully flat structure without any hydrogenation.
