Last week, I made an early announcement about the launch of the first black woman speaker bureau. We are now accepting submissions, and the waiting list for companies interested in hiring Black female speakers is now open. Wait! Because we do things differently. We are proud to introduce the Global Black Women Speaker Bureau. We provide direct access to credible, experienced, high-impact Black women across business, technology, finance, AI, culture, leadership, policy, entrepreneurship, and beyond. These are women of calibre, the kind who command rooms, shape thinking, and deliver real value in boardrooms, institutions, and global organisations. And we have removed the friction that has held far too many brilliant voices back. No gatekeeping. No exploitation. No 20–30% commission fees. For Black women with credible expertise, submitting your profile is completely free. We do not charge commission. We do not take an agency cut. We do not monetise your speaking fees. You keep what you earn, as you should. For organisations, booking is direct. No traditional agency model. No hidden percentages. No inflated speaker fees. Just clear, professional access to exceptional expertise. If you’re a corporate brand, university, conference organiser, leadership team, media platform, or institution serious about meaningful representation, this is your direct access to credible Black female experts. Flavilla Fongang Creating a space that gives Black women direct access to opportunity without barriers is long overdue. Removing commissions and gatekeeping changes the entire landscape and finally centers the expertise, credibility, and value these women bring. This is the kind of infrastructure that shifts representation from talk to action.
