History isn’t just something we look back on, it helps shape what’s next. For me, Black History Month is a season of recommitment. It’s a time to honor the bold brilliance and legacy of those who paved the way and to recognize their impact across today’s businesses, communities, and marketplaces. As co-president of Black Employees at eBay (BEE), I’m constantly reminded that Black history is inextricably linked to the history of entrepreneurship. From local trailblazers who created opportunity when access was limited to innovators scaling global brands, Black creators have always used commerce as a tool for impact. This month, we’re focused on action: • Celebrating Black sellers on eBay • Opening pathways for the next generation of founders • Building foundations for generational opportunity Grateful to my co-president, Anthony Okoro, our BEE leads, members, and allies. History is being made right now in the way we support one another and the way we build for the future. Let’s keep moving. #BlackHistoryMonth #BlackEmployeesAtEbay #BlackFounders #Entrepreneurship
Love this statement ...History isn’t just something we look back on, it helps shape what’s next.
Great initiative by eBay and the BEE community. Progress comes from action and inclusion.
