We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused People and Culture Manager to join the CEO Department at Cunninghame Housing Association. As a key member of the Group Leadership Team, this role will support the delivery of our mission, vision, and values while helping achieve our strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will have significant input into the development and delivery of the Group’s People Strategy, organisational change initiatives, and policy development.
