𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 .Provide direction on architecture, coding standards, and best practices. .Participate in development, especially for complex modules. .Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications. .Collaborate with product and design teams for feature planning. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 & 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 .Plan sprint timelines and ensure timely delivery. .Identify risks, bottlenecks, and process improvements. .Maintain documentation of technical workflows. .Regular reporting to management. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 .3+ years of experience in software development. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐢𝐧: Backend: Node.js Frontend: React Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB Strong understanding of system architecture and APIs. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP). Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.
