If you’ve ever sat in a “team workshop” and wondered if any of it would actually stick, you are not alone. That is why this note from a recent Enneagram session by Lange International Inc.'s very own Christy Abele, MA, PCC with the team at LinkedIn absolutely made my day: “It went very well! Christy was great and we have been using the learnings over the last few days.” Go Christy!! In classic Lange International style, Christy led an interactive, workshop style session focused on using the Enneagram as a skill-building tool, helping participants uncover their own patterns, notice each other’s, and then practice what it looks like to bring that awareness into hard conversations. Yes, some theory, but mostly practical: actual tools and language they can use with their colleagues this week, and next. Our team uses the #Enneagram because it gives people language for what usually stays under the surface at work. How you respond under stress. What you need to feel heard. Why certain dynamics drain you and others energize you. Once a team can name those patterns, conversations change, feedback can both land (and be given) differently, and we all better understand how to navigate the inevitable conflict of multiple people working together towards a shared goal. We have so much to be grateful for this season at Lange. Our calendar is full, our team is on the road, and clients are trusting us with important rooms. To all the clients who have sent feedback about the work we've done recently, thank you. This work is meaningful because of the amazing teams and leaders we have the privilege of supporting. If you are curious about using the Enneagram with your team in 2026, send me a note. I am always happy to share how we use it and whether it might be a fit for the work you are already doing or hoping to kickoff in the new year.
Go Christy!
