A proud moment for my team today. The Duo AI Assistant, built by my AI Assistant and AI Identity group at Cisco Duo, is now expanding to IT and security teams across Asia Pacific. Our goal from day one has been to make identity security simpler, faster, and smarter for administrators and to be a trusted partner for them along the way. Today, the Assistant does much more than troubleshoot access issues. It can interpret natural language questions to explain why authentication was denied, summarize logs, surface policy conflicts, and provide configuration guidance directly within the Duo Admin Panel. These are just a few of the capabilities available now, and they continue to grow as we expand the Assistant’s reach and intelligence. These advancements are transforming how security and IT teams work, helping them move from reactive to proactive and from data overload to clear, confident action. I’m incredibly proud of the people behind this work. They’ve built technology that strengthens human decision-making, keeps trust at the center, and sets the standard for what responsible AI should look like in security. This milestone shows what’s possible when innovation meets trust.
