🎉 Excited to share that I've been accepted into the AWS She Builds Mentorship Program. After years in tech as an individual contributor and managing smaller teams, I've learned that growth never stops, and neither should seeking mentorship. While I've built strong technical skills and team leadership experience, I recognized there's so much more to learn about scaling companies, building robust tech hiring pipelines, and navigating executive-level challenges. There's no such thing as "not needing a mentor," regardless of your experience level.
