Last week I introduced LabMind, a real-time AI co-scientist to support researchers with their experiments: https://lnkd.in/gGUYSUR7 You can now watch my talk from AI Engineer conference in San Francisco where I did a live demo of the platform and presented some experiments where I used LabMind assistance. Real-time Experiments with an AI Co-Scientist - Stefania Druga, fmr. Google Deepmind

Hey Stefania DRUGA if I'm in Tokyo next month will I have a chance of a coffee with you ?
Seriously appreciate all the hard work that went into this. I especially loved hearing about the real-time experiments, that's a game-changer for researchers, something similar to coding copilot. Big thanks for making it open source, that's awesome! Quick question: What's the biggest unexpected challenge you've hit while getting AI co-scientists to think creatively and generate hypotheses?
💯 好極了
Love this, Stefania
Super interesting! With Gergely (Greg) Juhasz and Johannes Mario Meissner we've experimented with building a co-pilot for quantum chemistry earlier this year, and done a number of interviews on that. Lots of potential for software to assist researchers, especially where they need cross-disciplinary knowledge.
