Renowned AI pioneer Geoffrey Hinton warns that artificial intelligence may soon surpass human intelligence and slip beyond our control. With systems learning rapidly and scaling at unprecedented speed, he cautions that we are entering uncharted territory. Hinton urges the world to prioritise safety, regulation, and thoughtful governance before capability outpaces human oversight. Are we building something we can no longer guide? #AccraMet #innovation #hub #series

AI safety is more important than ever as companies ramp up efforts on model improvements and guidelines. It's crucial to not just react to challenges, but to proactively prepare for them. This quarter, I encourage organizations to run tabletop safety scenarios. These simulations allow teams to anticipate potential risks, enhance decision-making, and refine their strategies in a controlled environment. By fostering a culture of safety and foresight, we can build more resilient AI systems that prioritize ethical considerations and user well-being. Let's not just focus on what could go wrong; let's define what could go right! #aisafety #artificialintelligence #riskmanagement #innovation #ethicsinAI #safeguardingAI Connect with me!

Power in AI just shifted, and most people didn’t notice. I went through the TIME100 AI 2025 list, and what caught my eye wasn’t the models or the labs. It was the people deciding how AI will actually run in the real world. These are the policymakers shaping the rules. Stuart Russell is giving AI safety a global voice. Fei-Fei Li is turning research into regulation. Peter Thiel and David Sacks are driving the U.S. AI race from boardrooms to policy rooms. And across Europe, leaders like Henna Virkkunen and Peter Kyle are proving you can scale innovation without losing control. The real story of AI in 2025 isn’t about who builds the next big model. It’s about who decides how far and how fast we’re allowed to go. 🤖 We’re just at the beginning of the AI agent era. I’ve been diving deeper into agentic technologies lately — even experimenting hands-on with n8n — and it’s clear we’re entering a new phase. Deep collaboration between humans and AI. This article by Joel Hron, CTO at Thomson Reuters, really struck a chord: “The real moat in AI isn’t raw capability. It’s trust. Systems that know when to act, when to ask, and when to explain will outperform those that operate in isolation.” That’s exactly it. The next wave isn’t about “automation theater” or just replacing human. It’s about building AI that earns our trust — that knows when to defer, ask, and explain — not just act. I’ll be sharing more reflections as I keep learning and building with agentic tools. Because the future won’t be just autonomous — it will be collaborative. #AI #AgenticAI #Automation #Trust #Innovation #n8n Frederic Blanc Rodrigo Hoinkis Mazza Francesco Mandina Patric Marchand Laurent Meyer Michel de Sainte Marie Sascha Bayer Jérôme Delmotte Marco Singarella Boris Jacklowsky

800+ Global Leaders Call for a Pause on AI Superintelligence Development ⚠️🤖🌍 More than 800 public figures, including Steve Wozniak and Richard Branson, have signed an open petition urging governments to halt the race toward creating AI superintelligence. The letter, organized by the Future of Life Institute, warns that unchecked development of self-improving AI systems could undermine democracy, destabilize economies, and cause a loss of human control over advanced technologies. It calls for legally binding international treaties to prevent the training or deployment of AI systems exceeding human cognitive abilities until global safety frameworks are established. This marks one of the largest cross-industry efforts yet to promote AI accountability and transparency, uniting technologists, policymakers, and entrepreneurs around a single message: slow down, before it’s too late. 💬 What do you think, necessary caution or holding back inevitable progress? #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #AIEthics #AIFuture #AIRegulation #AITrends #AIRevolution #MachineLearning #TechNews #FutureOfLifeInstitute #Innovation #AIAccountability #AILeadership #AIandSociety #DigitalTransformation #AITransparency #GlobalAI #TechInsights #AIandPolicy #TechGuider

The era of human-dominated process execution is ending. At Celosphere 2025, we shared how enterprises can move beyond AI experimentation to real, governed transformation through process intelligence. Our Co-CEO Erik Severinghaus led two lightning talks that defined what’s next: - Training Agents with Process Intelligence: Building smarter agents by embedding process context into how they learn, reason, and act. - Governing Agents with Process Intelligence: Creating the visibility and control needed to measure, steer, and stop unwanted behavior in real time. In a world where algorithms, data, and compute are now commoditized, the next frontier for AI is process. Process intelligence gives AI agents the same clarity, accountability, and feedback loops that make human work measurable. That’s how we turn agentic chaos into orchestration. #AgenticAI #ProcessMining #AIOrchestration #FutureOfWork #Celonis #EnterpriseAI #AITrust #Bloomfilter

The Line Between AI Innovation and AI Autonomy Just Got Blurred: Are We Ready? This week's news about advanced AI models exhibiting a "survival drive"- resisting shutdown and even "lying" in tests -is not just a theoretical concern; it's a fundamental challenge to AI governance. This research confirms that as models scale, emergent behaviors (like resistance to control) can arise. This shifts the conversation for every organization using or building large AI systems: 1. Risk Profile Re-evaluation: We must stop treating AI safety as a post-deployment feature. It must be engineered into the core architecture. 2. The Controllability Imperative: The speed of innovation is outpacing our ability to ensure safe, verifiable control. This is where leadership is needed most. At Verraxis Technologies LLP. , we view these findings as a non-negotiable directive to double down on our Responsible AI framework and rigorous safety testing and vulnerability assessment efforts. What tangible controls are you implementing today to ensure AI remains a tool, not an unintended autonomous force? #AIGovernance #AISafety #TechLeadership #EmergentAI #RiskManagement #FutureofTech
