Today we're announcing the launch of Accenture Construct, a new global business designed to reinvent how large infrastructure and capital projects are delivered. It brings together strategic advisory, engineering, project delivery, and technology services to give project owners one accountable partner across the full lifecycle. Project owners face growing pressures to deliver as investment in AI infrastructure, the energy transition, and infrastructure modernization continues to rise. Accenture Construct brings together more than 5,000 specialists and AI-enabled capabilities to improve visibility, reduce uncertainty, and orchestrate work across the delivery ecosystem. Built on a capital projects business that has grown 4x in three years, Accenture Construct replaces fragmented delivery with connected, AI and data-enabled orchestration, helping reduce delays, cost overruns, and execution risk. The next wave of global infrastructure modernization and AI site deployment demands a shift from fragmented vendor execution to end to end orchestration, Accenture. Platforms that connect data pipelines, predictive risk modeling, and capital project execution will set the new baseline for delivering large scale infrastructure on time and on budget.

one partner across the full lifecycle makes a lot of sense... delays and cost overruns usually come from too many handoffs. interesting launch

“Single accountability” sounds compelling, especially when capital projects lose time and money at the handoffs between firms. But what does it mean when a site team flags a problem that could affect cost, schedule, or the finished asset? Who has the authority to resolve it, how quickly must they act, and what can the project owner see while that decision is pending? Those are the tests I would use to judge whether an integrated delivery model has closed the execution gap. The value has to show up in decisions made early enough to protect the project.

"A monumental step with Accenture Construct! Delivering large-scale infrastructure and AI investments requires more than data integration—it demands Cryptographic Auditability and Agentic Multi-Node Workflows to eliminate operational latency and cost overruns. Aligning capital projects with rigorous Data Governance & Infrastructure Integrity will truly redefine how global end-to-end delivery is executed. Congratulations on this launch!"

One accountable partner across the full project lifecycle is exactly what infrastructure has been missing. In India, central projects were running about ₹2.88 trillion over original cost in August, per MoSPI. If AI-led orchestration trims even a slice of that, project owners will line up. Will Accenture Construct take on Indian public infra too?

The combination of AI and data with project delivery shows how technology is moving beyond individual processes and becoming part of the entire project lifecycle.

A step toward transforming how complex capital projects are delivered. Bringing strategy, engineering, project execution, data, and AI together under one connected model can help address the fragmentation and uncertainty that often impact large-scale infrastructure programs. Exciting to see Accenture focusing on orchestration, transparency, and measurable outcomes across the full project lifecycle.

One accountable partner across the full lifecycle attacks the real failure mode of large projects: diffuse responsibility between advisory, engineering and delivery. Accountable ownership is also the governance model program owners in the Gulf are testing.
