Most Stable Federal RFP Opportunities to Watch – Q2 2025 In a time of shifting federal priorities, some agencies continue to release high-confidence RFPs backed by strong budgets and mission-critical needs. Here are five federal entities showing consistent contracting activity this quarter: 🔹 GSA (General Services Administration): Continuing to release enterprise-wide, mission-critical contract vehicles and MAS opportunities across all SINs. 🔹 Department of Veterans Affairs (VA): Focused on expanding healthcare access—key contracts include National Dialysis Follow-On FY24 and the Next Gen Community Care Network. 🔹 Defense Health Agency (DHA): Prioritizing medical and logistics support contracts, particularly for CONUS-based services. 🔹 Department of Homeland Security (DHS): Maintaining procurement stability in critical infrastructure and personnel protection, such as the Screening Partnership Program (SPP). 🔹 Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA): Driving forward cybersecurity, digital modernization, and cloud integration aligned with national defense strategies. For those tracking federal procurement trends, these agencies offer some of the most stable and strategic opportunities in the current landscape. #FederalContracts #GovCon #RFP #GSA #VA #DHA #DISA #DHS #Acquisition #GovernmentContracting

⭐ Executive Briefing highlighting recent OASIS+ news. 💡 GSA OASIS+, as a "best-in-class" vehicle, it is the first option agencies will consider for a vast array of professional services 💡 Legacy OASIS and HCATS vehicles booked over $101 billion in obligated sales (5,000+ task orders) over the previous ten years. 💡 Watch for the Phase 2 Draft RFP this coming winter (Oct/Nov 2025). 💡 OASIS+ Continuous On-Ramp is expected to begin concurrently with the RFP release for Phase 2 domains. 💡Phase 2 New Domains will include: Business Administration, Financial Services, Human Capital, Marketing & Public Relations, and Social Services. 💡 Primary users of OASIS+ will continue to include: Air Force, Army, Department of Defense (DoD), Homeland Security, Navy, and GSA. 💡GSA has formalized its Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS), which will play a major role in managing OASIS+ and all best-in-class GWACs. HUD, SBA and OPM have consolidated their procurement shops under OCAS. 💡GSA will *not* be taking over CIOSP4, due mostly to protest backlog and lack of staffing at NITAAC. Task orders that might have gone to CIOSP4 could potentially be shaped for OASIS+ if at least 51% of the work qualifies as professional services. Alliant, POLARIS and MAS are also obvious targets. 🚨 GUIDANCE for most GovCon service providers. Solidify and expand your positions on OASIS+ and GSA MAS (additional domains, expanded LCATS and SINS on MAS) so that you’re in the best possible position to capture task order business in FY26. OASIS+ and MAS will continue to expand as the new Administration settles down into the new normal. #govcon #gwac #idiq #oasisplus #gsa #smallbusiness #procurement

🏛️ After 15+ years in FedGov, here's what actually moves the needle. Truth: Federal decision makers want proven partners who understand their mission. Not vendors who disappear after the contract award. 1. Get your facility clearance early 2. Join agency-specific industry groups (ACT-IAC, AFCEA, NDIA) 3. Showcase past performance with similar agencies 4. Build relationships with small business offices 5. Master the agency's strategic plan + mission priorities 6. Partner with established primes 7. Maintain active registrations (SAM, GSA) 8. Document your compliance frameworks 9. Build agency-specific capability statements 10. Show up consistently at industry days #GovCon #FederalSales #BusinessDevelopment #Procurement

The Defence Readiness Roadmap 2030 has just been released — and it’s a timely, forward-leaning strategy. https://lnkd.in/dNagmd3a As an Ex-Military Legal Officer with a strong interest in defence procurement and the resilience of critical infrastructure-particularly healthcare systems-I see this roadmap as a call to action. Ensuring readiness in 2030 isn't just about platforms and posture. It’s also about building legal and policy frameworks that support secure, transparent procurement and safeguard critical systems like hospitals, supply chains, and support infrastructure in times of crisis. There’s important work ahead and meaningful roles for legal advisors who understand both the operational demands and the governance needed to meet them. #DefenceReadiness #LegalAdvisory #InfrastructureResilience #Procurement #FutureForce2030 #VeteranLeadership
