There’s no shortage of takes on AI and the future of work. What’s harder to find is a genuinely actionable path through it. Open to Work offers one. In their new book, Ryan Roslansky and Aneesh Raman make the case that the future of work isn’t something that happens to us. We can shape it. And that means expanding who gets to be part of that effort, not just the usual suspects, but people across industries, backgrounds, and career stages who haven’t always seen themselves in this conversation. For those of us in #socialimpact, there’s also something especially powerful here: Open to Work shows how AI, pointed intentionally at some of society’s hardest problems, can open doors that have long been closed. That’s not inevitable. It’s a choice. I’m lucky to work at LinkedIn alongside leaders like Ryan and Aneesh, and partners like Byron Auguste and Maria Flynn (featured in the book!), to help turn this moment of ambiguity into agency, action, and opportunity. Huge congratulations to Ryan Roslansky and Aneesh Raman on the launch! Go check it out! https://lnkd.in/eUwN722Q #OpenToWorkBook #futureofwork LinkedIn Social Impact

Love this. Looking forward to reading this book. I feel like AI self-selects - it attracts the curious. Those people can come from anywhere. No bouncer in front of this club.
