Just completed Drew Falkman 's “Data-Driven Product Management” course. Liked how he emphasized the importance of data to back up your decisions and new ideas to present to the leadership. What I also liked: - Not focusing only on the theoretical part of product analysis, but also demonstrated step by step how to utilize "Amplitude" and "Full Story" to understand the users' behaviours better, analyze conversion funnels, create specific dashboards, conduct A/B testing, and track leading indicators. - His guide on how to pick the product's North-Star metric, which will help you set the product strategy  https://lnkd.in/dH-vTgjY
