Dr. Saif Eliazal Abd Elwahid, MBBS, MRCP (UK), RCMS–AAPC, and IFCE, is a physician with experience in clinical practice and medical insurance and is a full member of the Royal College of Physicians (UK). He currently serves as Executive Manager – Clinical Excellence (TPA) at Bupa Arabia, where his work focuses on clinical governance, healthcare delivery processes, and the interface between clinical practice and insurance frameworks. Over the course of his career, Dr. Saif has worked across clinical care, utilization management, and insurance-related functions. His professional focus includes aligning clinical decision-making with evidence-based guidelines, regulatory requirements, and value-based insurance models. He places importance on continuous learning and professional development as part of maintaining effective and well-structured clinical processes. Dr. Saif also recognizes the role of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in supporting healthcare sustainability, particularly in the context of value-based care, insurance compliance, and digital health systems. He views RCM as an operational function that supports financial processes while enabling the delivery of quality patient care. Alongside his professional responsibilities, Dr. Saif is actively engaged in volunteer service at the charity clinic of the Consulate General of the Republic of Sudan in Jeddah, where he contributes his clinical expertise to support accessible healthcare services for underserved communities.
