"Just wire up CiA402 — it's a standard." Anyone who's actually integrated an EtherCAT servo drive knows what that line really costs: - SDO timeouts. - PDO mapping mismatches. - State machine transitions. - Modes of Operation setup. And only then — your actual control logic. In this demo we used ICOP Technology Inc QEC-M-01 as the EtherCAT master and a SANYO DENKI CO., LTD. DENKI SANMOTION G drive. The bring-up: 1. Scan the EtherCAT network in 86EVA. 2. Configure the SANMOTION G + CiA402 parameters in the GUI. 3. 86EVA writes the state-machine code for you. 4. Compile your sketch (Arduino-style C++ via 86Duino). 5. Flash. Drive enters OPERATIONAL. Demo video, full step-by-step, and 86EVA download — link in the first comment. #EtherCAT #CiA402 #ServoDrive #MotionControl #SANYODENKI #SANMOTION #IndustrialAutomation #QEC #86Duino
