Bridge writing
- [Narrator] The bridge is a little bit different. A bridge is the moment in the song where you step outside of the song's main story and look at it from a slightly different angle. Sometimes the bridge will shed new light on the chorus or give some additional information that changes the listener's perspective of the song. Now songs don't always have to have a bridge but if you do decide to use a bridge, really make it count. Do something unique and different with the bridge that will somehow add texture and meaning to your song in a way that the song didn't necessarily have without the bridge.
