A recruiter's role is to fill open requisitions with the caliber of talent their hiring managers will hire and retain. All recruiters should review your credentials and more importantly, find out what you want to do next. They should provide you with details about the job, company culture, and people involved in the hiring process, and the target date to fill their opportunity. They will be the person who informs you of required tests, assessments, reference checks or background checks.
