The fact is, you need to take time to talk with them. They may turn out to be one of the best recruiters in your profession. Working with a third party niche recruiter, someone who specializes in your profession, will help advance your career and expose you to opportunities not advertised. If they're not calling you, you need to know how to find and connect with the right recruiter. It all begins with your professional network.
