- Let me ask a show of hands. As a business owner, manager or HR specialist, have you ever experienced any of these at your organization? Absenteeism, disruptive behavior, conflicts with managers or supervisors, customer complaints, theft on the job, or low productivity. Chances are you've encountered these more than once in your career. Pre-employment integrity testing is a test that looks at a candidate's tendency to be honest, responsible and reliable. Integrity testing can help employers identify behaviors such as theft, violence, drug use and bad attitudes towards colleagues and supervisors. Integrity tests accurately flag candidates for these traits in a test that can be easily administered in less than an hour. Pretty much every job requires that someone be honest and reliable.
