I'd like to take a moment and address a few common challenges in implementing your pre-employment assessments. Here are three commonly asked questions. You know, the biggest takeaway today is people are so complex, and that extends into the workplace as well. So one test is only going to give you a snapshot. Whether it's integrity or a skill test or a physical ability test, it's just one part of them. Sometimes you'll test on what is their motivation behind this, but you don't see the whole picture of them.
